Minor inconvenience but still one, Biggest complaint though was the "free" breakfast....UGH! Coffee was from Keurig and provided only powdered creamer! Really! It market's itself as high end and this is what you provide after paying a bunch of money for a night! Packaged breakfast. Not impressed! Sorry "
