"There needs to be a better sign for the entrance. I missed it the first time and had to turn around on a busy freeway. It was listed as having a restaurant which is not true. You have to bring your own food and cook it on the provided grills. The coffee is the morning was undrinkable."
"It’s a value choice for the highly demanded Moab area. Staffs are really friendly and welcoming.
However, the hotel itself is old. the wall and ceiling are thin. The noise comes from outside and upstairs.
The worst experience in my three night stays is the shower. The bathroom is tight and bathtub is narrow. The shower curtain is of very light material and without the weight or magnet to anchor it. During showering, the curtain blowed inward and took away half of the space. The most disgusting part is the curtain released musty dirty laundry smells. So we had to take shower in a military style and escaped out from the dirty curtain asap.
I chose this hotel due to its high rating in Expedia. From the value point, I understand why the high score. But I have to alert other members that you got what you paid for."
"Truly fine property. Very attentive staff and management. Small problem with my room and the manager ( Ms Cantor I believe). Handled everything perfectly."
"I enjoyed my stay in the room, comfortable bed and the nice bathroom. I only had a problem when I was out trying to talk to the front desk. The phone was always busy or the mailbox for messages was full. I had to actually drive back to the hotel to speak with the front desk. When I came back it was slow , maybe the front desk person is putting the phone on hold so they didn’t have to answer the phone. I would say this needs to be looked into. This happened a few times when I tried to call.. something not right..
Thank you"
"This hotel sits on an ideal location. There are many nearby restaurants, bars, coffee shops and galleries. The hotel is pretty basic, so if you want amenities and daily housekeeping, this is not for you. The room was updated and very clean. I’d stay here again."
"The location, breakfast and pool were all good. I was very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel room and the housekeeping service.
When I went into the room I spilled some water and wiped it up and the white towel turned black from the dirty floor. When i asked for the room to be mopped, i was told yes, but that the floors were always dirty.
The second thing is that housekeeping did not make up the rooms when we went out. They only change the towels and collect the trash. The beds are not made. I've never been to a hotel that doesn't make the beds. "
