"Truly fine property. Very attentive staff and management. Small problem with my room and the manager ( Ms Cantor I believe). Handled everything perfectly."
"I enjoyed my stay in the room, comfortable bed and the nice bathroom. I only had a problem when I was out trying to talk to the front desk. The phone was always busy or the mailbox for messages was full. I had to actually drive back to the hotel to speak with the front desk. When I came back it was slow , maybe the front desk person is putting the phone on hold so they didn’t have to answer the phone. I would say this needs to be looked into. This happened a few times when I tried to call.. something not right..
Thank you"
"This hotel sits on an ideal location. There are many nearby restaurants, bars, coffee shops and galleries. The hotel is pretty basic, so if you want amenities and daily housekeeping, this is not for you. The room was updated and very clean. I’d stay here again."
"The receptionist is very sweet. I had a bit of a problem, and she fixed it. Parking is very easy, and you're close to everything in Moab. The room was spotless, and the air conditioner and television worked flawlessly. It's a great place to stay."
"Rooms, pools, staff were wonderful.
Hotel is only 10 minutes from downtown Moab.
The red rock backdrop is so beautiful. Didn't want to leave the beautiful view. Colorado river right behind hotel. "
"We stayed here four nights over the course of the last week. We ended up coming back for an emergency stay over because of airline cancellations so really we’ve seen three different rooms, including one of the Casitas, which was fabulous. The Casita has a private pool and Jacuzzi but honestly, the environment at the main structure is super fun and chill and they have lovely pool service very attentive. I’ve stayed inn “and more expensive resorts with substandard service. We also had breakfast for four mornings. They have a great buffet and once we ordered off the menu, we had dinner at Josie Wyatt as well. All our experiences have been uniformly wonderful.
They do have around the clock housekeeping, which is great, but they are super attentive and started knocking on our door at 8 o’clock in the morning to See what our plans were for the day. We had arranged a 12 o’clock noon checkout so our plans to sleep weren’t going to happen. They have a passable gym. The front desk, helpful, and kind.
I Plan to return with family and stay in a Casita!
