"A little diagram would have helped to find the key box but got there with the help of a neighbour! Nice touch to have a pint of milk waiting in the fridge. Excellent place to stay and I've already recommended to colleagues"

"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Owner was easy to contact and fast to respond. House is beautiful and we felt very safe. Very spacious. Close enough to walk into town and to access The Tube. "

"This was a lovely, clean place with plenty of room. A safe neighborhood close to public transport and a short walk to a small co-op for groceries. For us, it was perfect except for one thing we didn’t check before booking. It has no Wi-Fi. This is a deal breaker for us, and we won’t stay again until this is offered in the house."

"Multiple issues with this property. The second hey box wouldn’t open, so only had one key. The heat wouldn’t turn off making it very stuffy at all times. The showers had so little pressure they just dripped and we had to wash hair in sinks. The basement one was the worst. Location is great. It’s a quiet street but walkable to much. Adequate space and bedrooms. However the property needs much work and good luck if you need help- no one returned my call from the first night we arrived. "

"The check-in process was abysmal! The code for keybox didn't work, and no one responded to my emails. When someone finally answered the phone, they couldn't provide a code that worked either. It took an entire hour before we could access the property. The house itself is nice in a quiet leafy neighbourhood. The wifi doesn't work very well in the lounge. We could only get the TV working sometimes. I would suggest the owner reviews their hosting company options."
