The breakfast was a bit chaotic and because the coffee/tea cups were piddly it meant your customers were crowded round the hot water dispensers to refresh their drinks. Why don't you have teapots that can hold enough water with one teabag to allow 2 cups which would prevent the toing and frowing. ...

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was really good. Room too warm for us personally even with window open. Bathroom fixtures (bath/shower fittings) could do with being updated/modernised. Overall pleasant stay.
