"It was very adequate at a good price the only problem we had was some of the other guests were bunch of young guys going in and out of each other's rooms at night slamming doors and talking at the top of the lungs in the halls it was a challenge for us to go to sleep several of the nights . We rang the front desk a few times but there' was no answer then we left a message with the general manager we don't know if anything was done about it or not we don't even know if anything could be done about it"

"The construction and noise was the only issue. Can't help that. Bad timing for my trip. There was a 4" gap under my door, let a lot of light and sound into the room. Some of the doors and trim could use a good update. Shower dripped. Staff was awesome, place was clean. Would stay again for sure."

"This is a well maintained hotel with charm and character. I was traveling for work and the mini fridge and microwave made it convenient. This hotel location was well priced in relation to others with similar amenities."

"Great stay loved the room and the tv in the bathroom mirror was amazing. We ate at Tony’s restaurant while there which was fantastic. My only complaint and area of improvement was the breakfast provided in the AM was awful. Just a few baked pastries,granola bars and yogurt provided. Basically something to grab and go but not sure can really be counted as “breakfast included” other than that though we loved the room and property."

"We were very happy to see the Hyatt back up and running in full service form. We've stayed pre-, during, and post-COVID and this was just great. I have to give kudos to PAMELA at the front desk who actually recognized me!! She is an incredible and valuable employee. It was so, so nice to see her again--that great smile, professionalism and nice personality."

"I've stayed here before, and I very likely will be back. The building is in the process of renovation. That did not really impact the quality of my experience. The breakfast furnished by the hotel was quite good. I was there each morning when it opened. Construction workers and guests mingled; it was enjoyable. I'm a traveling educator who relies on local public transportation to get around. The proximity of this hotel to public bus stops is a plus -though be warned that sidewalks are not consistently located along Harvard Avenue. That's not the hotel's fault."
