"Booked this under the VIP banner which allowed me free drink from their restaurant bar. The staff greeted me in a friendly manner and directed me to my room. I had booked a ground floor room which had the benefit of a patio door leading to an outdoor dining area which will be fantastic in the Summer. "Stayed one night for music event nearby. Location perfect for walking into city centre & train station. Very clean, food good, beds super comfy. Kettle, tea, coffee & towels all available to use in our room. Staff very friendly & attentive. Parking at rear was FOC - nice perk! Very quiet at night - our room was at rear. After returning from our gig on a cold wet April night, it was so so nice to open the front door and the central heating had been put on. 😊"
