"my 8 year old and I stayed for three nights the end of March. check-in was very easy and the staff was friendly. our room was fine and the bedsheets seemed clean. the pillows, however, smelled musty. there were spider webs and layers of dust in every 'hard to reach spot' showing it was only ever 'surface cleaned'. I wiped down the sink and faucet when we got there because they were gross. the pool was freezing and cloudy. we had to use the skimmer to get out giant hairballs everytime we...

"Stayed at this Hampton Inn while visiting relatives. The hotel is convenient to Crocker Park which has a lot of dining and shopping options. Friendly staff, clean rooms, safe and easy parking. Really liked the breakfast too. I'll be back. "

"I’ve stayed at many Sonesta Hotels. I have always been very satisfied with everything. Always dishware and the essentials, not so much this stay. It was clean and comfortable, but lacking. It needed an update, but many of the essentials were not there. No paper towels, the pots and pans were used and dated. Beds were comfy and room was good. I just don’t feel it was up to the usual Sonesta standards. I would stay again. The stay was not in anyway bad. I just felt they could have done better....
