"Enjoyed the atmosphere and the bar. The staff was frustrating to say the least. We were told we would need to switch rooms after the first night to get the king bed. When it came to the next day, the room we were told we would get was now extra money if we wanted that “remodeled” room. The pool was closed due to weather and to request a refund for the cabana deposit took no less than 6 pass off’s to get to the right person. Front desk sent us to the pool that had no one manning it. Another staff member found the pool attendant who told us to go to the front desk. When we told him we were told to come to him, he said, call the main property line. Googled that, because they didn’t have it. Main reservations told us then to email the reservations email address. That person then emailed stating they forwarded our email to another email address. They told us it would be a few days. 3 days later and still no refund. Overall, we felt brushed off and scammy from the personnel there. If you don’t pay for extras and expect the bare minimum service, it’s a good place to stay."

"Room 27055 is very dirty. Our socks were black from walking on the carpet. The shower smelled of sewer. The hallway carpet is extremely dirty. Food left in the fridge from prior guest. Nice view with refrigerator and keurig. Very spacious with table and small chair."
