"The property is on the prime location and very convenient to all the major casinos. The resort itself is beautiful but the room interior is basic and I guess value for money. "

"We got the least expensive room with 2 queen beds. It was quite spacious - even had a couch and a standard-size desk. Sufficient ironing board to get all my clothes nicely pressed. Nice size shower as well. No microwave or mini fridge in the room for this price. And all of the staff was very nice. Two things that I didn't like: 1. The parking was advertised at $20/a day. It turned out to be $25. The cheapest room was still over $200/day, you really should include the parking for that price. 2. Only after I left did I find out about the Fun Dungeon. My understanding is that it has games similar to Circus Circus, and the kids in our group would've enjoyed it. But unfortunately, there's not much advertising of this place. We had no clue, during our stay, that it was in the hotel. I wish they did more to make guests aware of the fun/games in the casino."

"Room was clean and the hotel was close to where we needed to go. The Sphere and the Bellagio water fountains were within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat, shop and gamble."

"Half the seating/lounging around the pool requires additional $$$ as if your room and exhorbant resort fees are not enough. Most of which was empty. Ended up just sunning on the concrete "

"Expedia booking reference number is not able to use to check in at the hotel. Luxor front desk changed to iPads check in. When needed to use credit to pay, did not have note not to tab. Ended up needed to line up for front desk to help fix the issue. Check in staff was very helpful and friendly, but upset about the hotel laid off more than 10 front desk staffs and replaced by iPads. Which didn’t work for check in for me. Wasted about an hour to go thru iPad check in, then need to lineup for front desk to help. "

"The housekeeping staff was amazing (helped me more than anyone else. Actually walked with me to help me find what I needed when no one else would help). I was surprised there was no microwave. We called in over a month in advance to have group rooms together and were told it was done, but we showed up and were on all different floors. Front desk staff not very kind. "
