"My husband and I stayed here for a staycation for our anniversary. The carpets and furniture had stains. Our free breakfast I paid for was not on the reservation. When I called to find out where to park, no one answered the phone. Would not stay here again."

"My stay wasn’t the best at Best Western Plus and honestly the pictures were a little misleading. The room looked way nicer online than it did in person. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not what I expected based on the photos. Also, the pillows were super small literally about the size of my hand — and not comfortable at all. Overall, the stay was just okay, but I expected much better offadvertising"

"I never make negative reviews but I was not satisfied during my stay. The WIFI was not working. The swimming pool was closed. The pancake maker was broken. There were minimal choices for breakfast. There was no covers in the room for the sleeper sofa. There were only enough towels for 2 people. The toilet did not flush properly. The hotel has potential and the staff was ok."
