"Great room with everything we needed, including a L’or coffee machine which was just what I wanted waking up! Good location and perfect for seeing the whole of Lausanne, easy transport links for bus, train, and metro right outside! It’s busy outside but not noisy, which was good! "

"It's just that my bedroom was on the side of a busy street . Very loud so I kept the window closed . When I opened the window, cigarette odor came into my bedroom . With the price i paid, I should not wake up constantly."

"We stayed 3 nights 4-7th May. Loved the hotel. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony with the most amazing views which really made our stay very special. First visit to Switzerland but not the last! Breakfast was very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The sauna and steam room at the end of the day was lovely. Bath and shower great. Hotel needs freshening up a little but we loved it anyway and the location is fantastic. You just walk from the hotel down to the train station. The walk from Wengen to Lauterbrunnen was fabulous.Hope to return again. "
