Top Western Suburbs Hotel Reviews
Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago
8/10 Good
"Unusual architecture. Very clean. Very helpful front desk."
Best Western Chicago - Downers Grove
10/10 Excellent
"The stay was comfortable, the staff are super friendly, very helpful and understanding! The pool area is in a very comfortable place and overall the place is nice and quiet! Will definitely recommend this vest weatern location, not to mention the wode variety of stores and places to eat conveniently nearby"
Crowne Plaza Chicago Ohare Hotel & Conf Ctr by IHG
8/10 Good
"Everyone is to themselves and minds their own business. Had a few issues with room keys not working but was quickly resolved by staff. I don’t like that the walls are thin and you can hear the elevator/people walking pay your door quite clearly but it helped that the people staying weren’t the loudest (I stayed during M-Sat so there was also less people). There is also no drinking water available for guests as the machines located in the hallway weren’t working so we just bought gallons of water on our first day. Overall decent stay."
Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport

"Got stranded in Chicago when my flight cancelled. Perfect place to stay for a night"
Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago O'Hare Rosemont
8/10 Good
"I appreciated that there was a bus that picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. There is only one hour between 2:30-3:30am that they aren’t actively offering this service daily. Staff even was kind enough to offer us early check in since a room was available."
Holiday Inn Chicago – Midway Airport S by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"I stayed at this hotel while I was in town for the BTS concert recently. It was very clean and the concierge at the front desk was so helpful. I’ve never been to Chicago and my parents had only ever flew into Chicago to connect to another flight years ago. We had never been to Soldier Field stadium and she gave us an estimate of how long it would take to get there. I booked two rooms for myself and my parents and thankfully we had rooms on the same floor right across the hall from each other. I’d definitely stay there again if ever I go back."
Hyatt Regency Deerfield
10/10 Excellent
"I stayed for 2 nights because I was in town for the BTS concert, and overall, everything was perfect. The place was very clean, welcoming, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The only issue I had was with the check-in process. I did check in about 2 hours early, and I was told there would be a $25 early check-in fee, which I was completely okay with. However, when I went to pay, my original total was $301.82( including the tax) and all of a sudden it increased to $401.81, which is almost $100 more. I was very confused because I was specifically told the early check-in would only be a $25 upcharge. I really did love staying here, and everything else was great, but being charged an unexpected extra $100 was honestly pretty frustrating and felt excessive, especially when I was told the fee would only be $25. I would definitely stay here again, but I would just hope the pricing and additional fees are communicated more clearly beforehand."
Eaglewood Resort and Spa

"The property is very nice. Loved the balcony in the room looking out to the golf course."
Marriott Chicago O'Hare
10/10 Excellent
"The pool lived up to the hype and the kids had a blast! The staff went above and beyond to help us feel at home and get settled in."
