Harrah's Lake Tahoe Hotel & Casino – A Caesars Rewards Destination

"I usually stay at Harvey’s which is closer to the lake and has better lake views. It has recently been renovated and is now called Caesar’s Republic. I thought I’d stay at Harrah’s this time. The room was nice and big and comfortable. You could see part of the lake if you stood in the window. They had a huge, firm and comfortable couch by the window. Some things that didn’t work: the little coffee machine in the room didn’t work. One of the toilets — I think they have two bathrooms in every room — kept running off and on all day and throughout the night: it seemed like it was connected to another toilet, so it would periodically run and then stop again. I simply kept that bathroom door closed so that I didn’t hear it. Right outside my door in the hallway was a piece of art that was hung crookedly. I tried to straighten it, but it really needed to be re-hung. As I was checking out, I asked the young woman at the desk how I should notify the hotel about these things, and she said that I should just tell her. She seemed bored with her job and didn’t seem to write or type anything down. I doubt that any of my comments made it past her."

"Me and my girlfriend definitely enjoyed the villa. It had a beautiful view of the trees and majority of South Lake Tahoe and also the room was beautiful, the amenities worked great and loved the jacuzzi. The staff was amazing. Shout out to Tamara also, she was super helpful and friendly, very professional!"
