After the remodel nugget got better. Now 7 years later they are letting it go again. Checked in to find worn bedding that was so bad it made your skin crawl. Called for new bedding and when I was changing the sheets and blankets , with mildly better replacements, I found brown stains all over the bedding. I Asked to switch rooms and was downgraded to casino tower. New room was 80 degrees with a broken AC. I jumped in the shower, the tub floor was slimy and the tub did not drain. I was shin deep in water from a five minute shower. Good water pressure though ;). I Will never go back to nugget.

It's a weird looking place with lots of odd carpet and lighting fixtures - which was actually one of our favorite things. But.... one of our bathrooms smelled pretty bad, the rooms overlooked the freeway and there was constant noise, the food in the restaurants was terrible and expensive, and the amount of cigarette smoke made the casino impossible to hang out in. Would not stay again.

I have stayed here many times. It is a great price and staff is very friendly. I have ate at Rosie's Cafe dinning inn and getting take out the food is always great. I have also ate at Anthony's and the food was superb. I love being able to grab a coffee at the Starbucks when I am headed out for the day. The only thing I would change is making the doora from the parking lot to the elevator and skyway automatic. They are hard to open when your hands are full of luggage.

If you have choose over tower in your reservation, choose the resort tower. I hear it is nicer but I was in the casino tower. Maybe that’s because I didn’t book directly? My bath tub had a slow drain and the room just felt dingy. My air was also set at 60 the whole time but never got below about 70. Maintenance tried its best but no difference, so the far side of the room and bathroom really had no airflow. I appreciated the in room water bottles and refrigerator. I ate at two of the restaurants and food was great for each meal.

We had late check in as we had made our reservations from the car through expedia, which was very convenient. But when we got there, the front desk was so slow we had to use the kiosk to check in and I had a lot of questions which could not be answered. Such as, where exactly is our room? There are two towers and if you don't know where you are going it can be very confusing .This being said, I found the kiosk very convenient and the fact that it could print out your room keys was an added Plus! The description of our room had said Mountain view, but we had a view of the parking lot. Of course you have a mountain view, there are mountains all around the area. The room was very nice and clean and the beds comfortable. As an older person, I found it very inconvenient to have a parking garage at one end of the location of the two towers so that we had to walk all the way through the property to get to the other tower.

The casino tower rooms AC was non existent. It was miserably hot inside of the room, I had the air on high and there was no change in airflow it was hardly blowing anything out and sleeping was so difficult because of that. I thought a cockroach was crawling on the bedside table and luckily it turned out to be a huge black beatle but in my panic of trying to kill it I broke the lamp on the table.. not the best stay I’ve had..
