"I always enjoy staying at the SureStay. It's convenient, friendly and comfortable. My only complaint this time was the heat. My room was nice & cool but the hallways, elevator & lobby were very warm. Thank goodness for the pool!"

"Room was clean. Staff very good and helpful. Breakfast and dinner places great. Casino was good except for the choice of 3-card poker table minimum changed in the middle of my time there from 10 to 15 dollars for first time my gambling history (10 years)."

"The property is run much better by Caesars than the previous owners. Very attentive staff. The only observation was smoking was being done in outdoor amphitheater near ADA area and people havd respitory issues. We had to leave venue and still having breathing issues unfirtunately. "
