"I Arrived a little after 9:00 pm to check in, could not get anyones attention that I needed to check into my room as I was locked outside on the sidewalk. "I HAD A VERY COMFORTABLE STAY IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AT THIS RESORT AND IN RENO. I WAS VERY HAPPY THAT I CHOSE TO STAY HERE EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE. EVEN THE PARKING WAS CONVENIENT."

"Our air conditioner didn’t work. Well, the window was closed, but it sounded like it was open, heard all the traffic from the freeway, no microwave, couldn’t warm up leftovers, seems to me it was staged, I just want you to keep buying food….."

"Don’t stay in the North Wing. Older rooms that are nicely remodeled but the room we had stunk of cigarette smoke. It was a non smoking room. The rooms in that wing are very small. Stay in the Tuscany Tower if you can. Makes the entire visit feel very different. Overall the property was nice and we had a great time."

"Balcony room was a joke with no “view” wanted $25 for early check in, got there 1/2 hour early and room was ready, so left and came back. Shower door didn’t stay closed. Someone’s make up bag was left in bathroom by previous people. Toe nail clippings on floor. hair in pillow bag in closet with extra pillows. Try to use the comp money they gave me for food at the sports bar waited an hour still didn’t get food so left. Went to saltgrass and that was great. Miss hard rock. Will never stay here again."
