"Parking ramp had low ceilings, very dark at night, water dripping from ceilings and puddles on the floors of the ramp - it felt unsafe, especially since we arrived after dark. We ended up parking on the street because of the ramp conditions. A picture was missing in our bathroom, there were just picture hangers on the wall above the toilet. Washcloths looked dirty and there was no body wash in the shower dispenser. The heating/cooling window unit was very loud. We paid $530 for two nights and felt this was incredibly overpriced. Breakfast was not included and advertised as $15/person but the total for two of us with fees was over $39. Also, we were put in “the West tower” so our room was not in the nicer main area. We were next door to the roof access and the big HVAC units were just outside our window. The low ceiling in our room made it feel like we were in a basement. The staff was friendly. The location was nice. Will not be staying here again."

"Room was gross a/c heat unit didn’t work the place smelled of marijuana. Loud ppl all around parking lot was filled with cars that looked like ppl were living in them. Breakfast was ok-ish we didn’t stay for it. Floors were sticky- place was over all sketchy"

"Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the pool area was closed because it was under renovation. Hotel staff were friendly and very courteous. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. Room was clean. Bed was on a cheap frame and mattress was not comfortable. Bathroom had paint peeling on ceiling and the walk in shower was a very nice surprise however the shower floor was EXTREMELY slick and I almost fell twice. Did not partake in continental breakfast. No coffee maker or hairdryer in room. Refrigerator worked well and TV/channel options were sufficient. Booked online and was just ocer 80 dollars per night. close to restaurants, shopping, gas stations, casino, Peoria Civic Center."

"They had little black spiders there in the hotel room and the pool was tiny my kids didnt go swimming bcuz the pool was too packed with people,and the room was small for a suite and had trash from the previous person under the bed and on side the dresser,the staff was rude also.and they overcharged me."
