"We really enjoyed the convenience of this location to city center, shopping and fabulous dining, an easy 10 min walk. The deluxe room we had was modern, spacious & clean. The breakfast was incredible with an assortment of delicious homemade baked goods and a variety of hot food options. All staff members at this hotel were professional, friendly and helpful. "

"Some of the friendliest front of house staff I have ever encountered- they were great - nice hotel, clean and quiet. Only negative would be it’s a good 25 minute walk into the town centre. Otherwise superb "

"The studio apartment was spacious with a kitchen, king sized bed, lounge suite, a kettle - hallejuiah, bar fridge with local wines, cleaned and fresh towels delivered every day. Airconditioning was fantastic. We could pop out pick up our mortadello, parmagiana reggiano, baguettes etc. and be able to prep a meal in the apartment. Walking distance to Bologna station if you would like to go to the Ferrari museum."

"Overall this was a very nice hotel and we had a pleasant stay. Every staff member that we spoke to was very nice and helpful with any question that we had. They all spoke very good English and were polite with my terrible Italian. :) Raquela at the front tlesk in the mornings had AMAZING restaurant recommendations. Marissa, at the front desk in the evenings, was not only nice and helpful but also remembered my wife and I by name after only one day. While the first room we received had an air conditioning unit that did not work and needed some repairs, the staff was quick to send someone to check it out and then quick to give us a different room. I will personally plan to stay here on my next visit to Bologna."
