"Was very disappointed - the name says the NEW pioneer resort however everything was old. Room was very basic - would not recommend. Note: person at desk tried to accommodate."

"Property needs a makeover. But that's kinda typical for Laughlin nowadays. The rooms are comfortable I love the beds. The bathrooms are need help. Saltgrass Steakhouse is good. There comp policy is decent. "

"Older hotel.The best part was the breakfast, you can make your own waffles which was a plus, and a omelet station. The room did not look updated. smelled old, mosquitos all over the room especially the bathroom, dead bugs by the window, dirty carpet and old popcorn and a sock on the floor behind the bed, old mattresses that were semi comfortable. We booked 2 nights and ended up staying for one only."

"No fridge no microwave no decent coffee maker and no blackout curtains in the bedrooms and the pool closes at 7pm for kids and 8 pm for adults and no jacuzzi!! Very disappointing in all aspects I will not be staying here ever again and I come to Laughlin multiple times a year. It’s our go to for the seados and lake use"
