"Hot tube was broken but they left it on luke warm and didnt warn it was broken when booked or checked in. Pool was broken, daughter gashed her foot pretty bad on the bottom. Yheres one elevator, they choose to have the staff fill with thier carts while people check out so everyones waiting to use the small space one at a time meaning checkmout takes over an hour. We found out 3 days in they wouldnt clean our rooms or refill towels the whole stay. Forced to put towels and garbage in hallway to be delt with. Had 2 towels in a room of 4 people staying for 3 days. There are so many hotels in area. Should stay in any of them before this place. The t.v. rarely worked. A terrible place to stay with family, especially young kids. Not worth the money. And in the end they offered cheaper tickets to local attractions we went to when we checked out and were leaving town. 😐 Best Western claims you get a free night after 3 night stay but we were never offered this. Never given any gift card for a free night. So false advertising. Not that we would ever stsy in a Best Western again. "
