Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown Edmonton
6/10 Okay
"Staff was really awesome and helpful but need for renovation"

Fantasyland Hotel
8/10 Good
"We were able to check in quickly. The lady at the desk was very friendly. When we arrived at our room we noticed there were dirty dishes left in the hallway by our door and we had to let the front desk know as they remained overnight even through housekeeping went by. The room was large, clean, and beds were comfortable. Water bottles and keurig coffee provided. We had to request a room change though as our first morning we were awoken at 6:30AM by a construction crew working outside our window with chainsaws. The front desk accommodated this and mentioned they had a lot of these noise complaints and had to make quite a few room switches. We were moved to a new room that afternoon and it was also large and clean. My only concern with the new room is that it was an adjoining room and it doesn’t feel private. The next door occupants were loud, we could hear their TV, their conversations and the man snoring at night. The people in the other room also rolled some batteries under the adjoining door to our side which was strange. I would request not to be in an adjoining room if you are not needing one."

Crystal Star Inn Edmonton Airport

"Could have a better breakfast & gluten free options."

Chateau Lacombe Hotel
6/10 Okay
"It had nice views of downtown and the river valley depending on your room. The hotel is definitely showing its age and definitely needs a facelift. Not exactly worth the expensive price tag. The lounge was nice, I'm not sure about the other two restaurants. The local "wildlife" doesn't exactly make this feel as nice as it should."

Travelodge by Wyndham Edmonton West

"I got to my room and there was hair in the sink and grim in the bathtub. Walls are very thin can hear kids screaming and pounding on the walls. Someone was smoking weed in their room."

Sandman Hotel Edmonton West

"Very loud slamming doors and very poor heat and air conditioning controls....need to be upgraded"

West Edmonton Mall Inn

Sandman Signature Edmonton Downtown Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This property was such a pleasant surprise! The price was unbelievable, so my expectations were low! LOVED it! I was traveling solo so I needed to feel safe. My room was beautiful, and it was on the 15th floor. Clean and spacious, with a very comfortable king size bed. The lobby was beautiful. There was a Chop Steakhouse inside the lobby that was beautiful, as well. I highly recommend this property! Staff was pleasant and courteous!"

Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre West Edmonton
2/10 Terrible
"We checked in at 3:30 AM after a long drive in from Vancouver. Front staff was very nice. I had my two children with me and two seniors. I had let him know that we would need a late checkout and we were willing to pay extra if needed. He stated 12 PM at the latest anything after that I can connect with staff in the morning and deal with it. At 10:30 AM the next morning we had someone knock our door wanting to clean our room stated to her we had told them downstairs for a late checkout. Then we get a call from downstairs and I repeat myself again about the late checkout he claims he knows nothing about it. It was very frustrating as it was already stated prior that we needed the extra rest from coming in so early they repeatedly called and knocked on our door asking us how long. I would never stay here again. The staff is just incompetent. The rooms are old and aged and smell like mold. The washroom is absolutely disgusting. I would give this a negative if I could."
