"The rooms are standard but nice. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning, but basic television on offer. Staff were attentive and the included breakfast was better than expected. The pool, hot tub, and games room are a nice touch."

"Sheets were dirty and was difficult to explain to front staff we had to take them to the room and show them the hair crusted onto the sheets to get new bedding when we first arrived. The carpet in the room was wet for a while from them cleaning as well and had to wear shoes in the room until it dried. The lounge in the hotel had sow service and repeatedly got our orders wrong. The pool is open 24 hours which was awesome."

"Everything was great *except that in both rooms I booked the carpet surrounding the air conditioning unit was soaking wet. Not just a small area (and who knows how long it’s been there or if it’s now moldy underneath!?) Concerning. Also- in one of the two rooms, the bathroom door could not close. It literally didn’t fit/ needed to be shaved down and had been installed improperly. The repair/ maintenance man was very good and very quick to respond, which is good, but I still don’t know how you respectably give a customer rooms in this condition in the first place??"

"Very helpful and accommodating Staff, the Front desk staff, Kat. She was so considerate when I told her the reason why I booked with Expedia. She gave me 4 discounted passes to the Waterpark and gave me a room already to check in so early. She gave us 2 adjacent rooms for my family. I really appreciate all her help to us."
