"Everything was great *except that in both rooms I booked the carpet surrounding the air conditioning unit was soaking wet. Not just a small area (and who knows how long it’s been there or if it’s now moldy underneath!?) Concerning. Also- in one of the two rooms, the bathroom door could not close. It literally didn’t fit/ needed to be shaved down and had been installed improperly. The repair/ maintenance man was very good and very quick to respond, which is good, but I still don’t know how you respectably give a customer rooms in this condition in the first place??"
