"The location is great and it has a good car park that costs £17 per day. It is close to the bus stop on the Promenade and makes it easy to visit Gloucester, Cirencester and other places.
We enjoyed the breakfasts but Sunday lunch was disappointing.
The staff were good."

"Great location, big car park and handy that you can park outside your block. Nice large room that was modern and comfortable with a balcony and large bathroom. Suggestion would be hooks on bathroom door and bedroom door as no where to hang coats. Also the bedspread and display pillows need to be cleaned. Apart from that, 4 mins to Chipping Norton and 8 mins to farm shop, would stay again. Good for kids as could have close rooms. Thought lift was excellent and interactions that we had with staff were great. Did not purchase breakfast. "

"Very friendly team and good food. Room was extremely tired and shabby and although one has to understand surge pricing applied at the time of Cheltenham Races, the standard of the room could not possibly justify the price.

"Everyone was super friendly, absolutely perfect for dogs. Everyone appeared to have treats on them. Places for dog to run around safely. Beds were comfortable and rooms dark, slept well. Food great, spa lovely and clean. Massages were amazing. We went for our minimoon and only the weather would be made it better. "

"So paying for a room isnt enough you got to chip in extra for parking. Not mentioned in advert, only highlighted when i checked in. Staff did help but its a touch nefarious to ask for extra money upon arrival.
Stayed here few times over the past few years and it is a good hotel, hence being a repeat customer.
Maybe wont again as I dont like being ambushed with additional costs. "
