"Very comfortable and very accessible to public transport and walking amenities. Staff are polite but some have little customer care experience, bar staff don’t t know how to prepare a cocktail, and afternoon tea was not quite as described, all cakes bought from outside and no clotted cream for the scones or milk for the tea "

"At first i thought the lack of an inhouse restaurant would bother me but worked really well. The staff were all friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable, spacious & well designed/furnished. The location was so handy for everything we had planned to do, being on the Central Line was ideal for us. Great value for what was on offer, we will certainly consider another stay."

"Room was clean and tidy but very small.The staff were really helpful. Shower water pressure was extremely low which was a bit inconvenient. Finally, the walls are very thin so sounds travel easily. Having said all this, the location is good and the hotel was affordable and nice. "
