"Great hotel, excellent staff. The breakfast buffet is delicious plus the cafe in the lobby is perfect for an afternoon coffee or after dinner drink. The room was spacious and clean. You can rent bikes at the front desk. Very easy to get around, underground station right outside the hotel! "

"We loved the friendliness and relaxed atmosphere of Mr Jordaan. The canal-side setting is peaceful and beautiful, just a few minutes walk from bars and cafes. "Great experience from the moment we arrived to when we checked out. Very friendly check in staff with a welcome drink which a lovely gesture. Breakfast and lunch food very tastie and great selection. Pool area very nice and relaxed. We hired bikes which was very useful being just outside the city centre. "

"Breakfast here was one of the best we had during our two-week Europe trip — plenty of variety and perfectly cooked eggs and omelettes! Everything was absolutely delicious. The hotel is beautifully renovated and looks just like the pictures. The staff were kind and helpful! Although the beds were comfortable, it’s worth noting that the room did not have a king-size bed but rather two full-size beds pushed together — it would have been nice to know this at booking. Aside from that, everything else was spectacular and we’d happily stay again!"

"Excellent location, quiet and clean. The staff went above and beyond for us from the moment we checked in early. I stupidly left my phone in the taxi on the way to the train station. When I realized I’d lost it, my friend called the hotel, who immediately checked my room and when they didn’t find it, took it upon themselves to call the taxi company. Within a few minutes of calling the hotel, they’d tracked down the taxi, located my phone, and sent the driver to meet me at the train station so we’d make our departure. This is WAY above the call of duty, and saved the day. Would recommend 1000 times over. "
