"Als je na een lange reis in de bloedhitte eindelijk aankomt bij een hotel, verwacht je op zijn minst dat je vriendelijk en met aandacht wordt ontvangen. Niet dat er ondertussen druk op de telefoon berichtjes worden getypt. Ik bedoel... wat is nu 5 minuutjes even met onverdeelde aandacht je gasten ontvangen? De kamer was bloedheet, maar daar kan niemand iets aandoen. Het tapijt is goor evenals het hoofdeind van het bed. Badkamer was prima en netjes en ruim, niets op aan te merken."

"This is my favourite budget-friendly hotel to stay at in the UK. This is my second stay and this time it was during a heatwave, so I really appreciated the a/c. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The showers are powerful, the beds could be more comfortable, but they will do. "It does exactly what it says on the tin. I always stay here during Henley royal regatta. It’s not cheap and this time the room was a bit small, but generally it’s all good. Staff were super nice. For me, a bonus is having Waitrose and another supermarket just a few minutes away. Means I don’t have to buy hotel food."

Lovely room, great size, neat, clean, can't fault it. Very helpful manager and staff. Breakfast choice was great. Bar and all grounds kept clean and tidy and the whole place had a lovely 'at home' feeling - shame we couldn't stay longer! Thanks for the hospitality - highly recommend."

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were well-appointed, and the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices that pleased everyone in our group. Easy parking in the lot behind the inn. The location is perfect for exploring Amersham and the surrounding area. We'd happily stay again!"

"On arrival, staff were informative and helpful. Room was extremly small (as expected) but fine for 1 night. Plenty of dust but its because everything is black so even if you have just cleaned, it looks dusty. Drinks and pool area nice, not the cheapest but acceptable. Food in thai was nice and didnt have to wait very long. Room and various areas of the hotel are in need of fixing (cracked mirrors, sinks etc) the property design is so high mai tence its almost impossible to keep this interior...

"Decidí reservar en el Hotel, porque en la página decía que estaba incluido el transporte al aeropuerto, y solo era para pasaros unas horas entre un vuelo y otro, pero no fue así, mandé varios correos y nunca me contestaron, cuando llegué al aeropuerto tuve que tomar un Uber que me costó 27 libras. Una vez que llegué me informaron que solamente era de regreso y que de cualquier forma también había que pagarlo y fueron otras 26 libras.
