"Great for stop over for the airport very easy to get to and from airport via the T5 pod service (additional charge applies) there is parking on site we didn’t used there was a small shop on site however this looked closed both on arrival about 22:00 and when we left at 11:00 the follow morning "

"The toilet had been used, not flushed. Hairs in the bathroom."

"Nice hotel overall with a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and the facilities were good. However, there were a couple of issues that affected the experience. At dinner, our food arrived before our drinks, which felt a bit disorganised and took away from the meal. Also, there was no coffee machine in the room, which was a bit disappointing and something we would have expected at this level. Overall, a good stay, but a few improvements would make it even better."

"I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast bar and particularly loved having access to the 24-hour coffee and tea machine. I also want to commend Taniya and Navjot, who were both very attentive and provided excellent service throughout my visit. I found the room and the bed to be very comfortable. I had a great experience and will certainly stay here again. "

"The airport shuttle is Hotel Hoppa providing connections between airport area hotels and terminals for a fee. Arrival was ok (Saturday night.) However, it was non - existent Sunday morning. Many of the hotel guests had to take Uber. In addition, for some reason, hotel stuff at the door keep reassuring guests that the bus will arrive any moment, adding to he confusion."
