"There is a blockage in the AC, before midnight water was poured down and wet the floor.
I called reception and reported.
Room key doesn’t work and we couldn’t get in. Has to go back downstairs again and get the key to go in. They moved us to the room with leaking tap. Water going down the wash basin every time we use. On our early staying someone knocked on the door at 6:45 am and said room services when I was praying. Received called from the guy in the restaurant who said waitress forgot the...

"I stay here everytime I am Kupang. The hotel is perfect for me. Great lobby to sit and relax. Excellent front desk staff, housekeeping super great and great people the restaurant is also very good with very friendly and polite staff. Can't beat the pool or grounds. Very clean and inviting

"Ils sont en pleine rénovation ils ne devraient pas louer des chambres ou terminer des chambres propres et adéquates. Mais je n’ai jamais vu un personnel aussi exceptionnel prêt à tout pour essayer de te donner un certain confort. Bravo à cette équipe."
