"Only ok. Expensive. But condition of room wasn't great. No outdoor facing window. So dark and tight. I kept waiting for a staff member to open the hotel door for me during check in and check out when I had a ton of luggage and struggled with the door, but they didn't. It just seemed more like a 3 star hotel and not worth it for the price. Check in took forever. Would stay somewhere else next time."

"Excellent stay! The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. With permission, we were able to take photos, which made the experience even more special. The staff truly helped make our anniversary unforgettable. The restaurant and bar were both fantastic. The location was also ideal, within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and the San Antonio River Walk. We would definitely come back! We highly recommend staying here."

We waited nearly 15 minutes, rang the bell twice, called the main line and received no answer before grabbing the keys that were left out and letting ourselves in our rooms.
