"Easy to find and access.. large carpark The Hotels are pretty uniform with holiday Inn so we pretty much knew what to expect.. Comfortable clean room.. extra amenities such as..tea coffee making facilities..iron.. ironing board.. Everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay or longer.. And great value for money with breakfast included in the price.. This particular hotel is situated in an industrial area.. so not much close by in the way of restaurant and shops.. But you can eat in the hotel or have a beer or two. The staff were very helpful and so friendly to.. So we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.."

"Rooms are well maintained. However on my stay, Air con willl not provide any heat if you are cold only cool air circulation. Policy is whole building is heated and rooms can not change temperature from room stat. Parking is not part of the hotel charge and is seperate to your bill. £6 parking charge per night. Rear rooms over look carpark at rear of hotel so you may be able to keep an eye on your vehicle from your room. Rooms have additional facilities that make a short buisness stay easy. Small desk area and sockets, TV, Iron, Tea / Coffee Kettle etc... Bathroom is Clean and functional. Would recommend."

"All the staff were friendly, and the customer service was excellent. We stayed here for our daughter's wedding we all had a fantastic time. The wedding coordinator, Daisy, was excellent. The day ran smoothly and without issues, just what you need. It was the hottest day in May on record, and still, the staff worked tirelessly to make the day special. The food was delicious. Thank you to all the staff, brilliant."

"Stayed for one night, which happened to be the hottest night of the year. Not the hotels fault, but the window in the room would not open. Hotel did supply fans but made little difference. Major issue was after a night in a 30 degree room there was no water for a shower, or the toilet. Spoke to manager who was stressed but apologetic who said the mains were off due to an issue which he hoped would be fixed at some point…. We left quickly to find somewhere to shower and was asked at reception if we had a good night. When we said not really, the water was a major problem for us was told by receptionist that the water had only gone off 5 minutes ago ( it had been at least half an hour ) and didn’t see it as an issue. At no point was offered any rate reduction, offered another room or advice where to go for a shower, or even a proper apology."
