"The staff behind the desk were very helpful and always willing to assist in any way possible. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was great considering how hot it was. While I had booked a room which mentioned a city view, I got a very limited view of the building across the road. The area was good and definitely walkable to all main attractions around Times Square but some areas of the street felt a little unsafe at night around the bus station. "
