Lots of plants and moss growing in the gutters. Water pressure in shower is great but badly fluctuates with hot and cold temperatures The breakfast layout should be reversed Put the hot toaster and waffle station where your yogurt and fruit are Then there is less congestion as people.go thru the line to get their coffee and then find a table It is a unique and quirky hotel Location is awesome right on water front Lots to see and do on a walkabout around the harbor area I would recommend for a weekend.getaway "

"There was a lot of construction on the streets near the property making it difficult to navigate. Also they no longer have a shuttle for downtown. The room was very clean. "
