"Very disappointing stay. Service was consistently poor. Breakfast offered very few options with insufficient fruit. Room service was not provided daily and had to be requested. When I did request it, I was denied due to being 'short-staffed.' I was told the trash would at least be emptied, but when I returned in the evening, my room had not been touched. Out of four nights, my room was serviced only once. Amenities were subpar—stained pillows, no proper comforter (only a throw lined with a bedspread), and toiletries placed incorrectly, with body wash bolted next to the sink and hand wash in the shower. When I requested a correction, it was ignored, and the front desk claimed 'both are the same solution.' Additionally, the bathroom door made a loud creaking noise, and the mini-fridge was not properly secured, causing it to move every time it was opened. I will be staying away from GreenTree in the future and cannot recommend it."

"Service was great, but the suite we stayed in needs major renovations including: new carpet, paint, trim, door new mini fridge and a new air conditioner. The carpet has lots of large, gross stains and black spots and is raveling at all the edges. The mini fridge is old and has huge ice/frost and the air conditioner is dirty and rattles constantly. Several large black scuff marks and chipping paint on trim and doors, and VERY DIRTY air vents. I would have expected much better for the rate we paid. "

"My room was a bit dusty but overall was really nice. The restaurant has pretty good drinks and food and the property was really nice. Location was right in the middle of downtown, very walkable and across from light rail station. "

"This property was gorgeous and perfectly located for my family and I. The pools were wonderful and staff very friendly and helpful. An added bonus was the easy access to trails and mountain foothills. We will be back"

"It was very run down/ outdated. Our room also had stuff in the walls and the tub did not drain properly. I think it needs updates from what the pictures show "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location to old town. The only negative is the pool seating. You have to wake up early to claim a chair. They are all Gone by 9am. "

"Checkin took 45 minutes and we were the second one in line. Ordered salmon and smash patty melt from the coyote Catina - it was absolutely terrible ( soggy broccoli, tasteless rice and weird smell). Would not stay again, especially for $200 + a night and $100 in food. "
