"I’ve been coming to this hotel for over 10 years and I specifically asked for a room that was with a view and higher up, and I was given the fourth floor overlooking a top of our parking lot. I was able to change rooms but had to pay extra which I normally don’t have to do that after I book I normally just pay the resort fee for those days. Customer service wasn’t as pleasant as I had experienced in the past. I still love the hotel and for now it’s still my go to."
