"A disturbing sounding alarm scared me out of sleep 3:00am in the morning. "

"I love the Orleans! It is my first go to when looking for hotels. Rooms are and ours was very clean. Housekeeping staff is good about that even while you are staying. While I know you can kiosk check in, desk staff are more helpful. We stayed on the 15th floor and they were just starting to remodeling the floor and it was looking good. I love that they installed bath products in the shower on the walls eliminating those pesky little bottles and assuring me of one less thing I needed to pack. Valet parking was always busy but I never used it as I found parking in the lot. I felt safe every time I stayed here. "

"The hotel manager was difficult at checkin, we had reserved a corner 1br suite, and the room we were provided at first had a strong chemical odor, we called and they told us we had to go downstairs and talk to the manager, the manager said those type of rooms are fully booked ans there were no other rooms, we asked if we can get an upgraded room, the manager instead offer to downgrade us to another room which we found very unusual and puzzling. The hotel is rated at 5 stars, but the manager and the staff behave more like a 2 star property."

"Hot tub wasn’t not working. Would have probably made my vacation a better stay. Pool wasn’t available until April. It was an ok stay. "
