"Accessing the facility can be a little frustrating because the traffic on the highway is very busy and has no stoplights. But the facility itself is clean and comfortable and well taken care of"

"The only critique I have is that the shower was like a gentle rainfall, and I prefer a torrential downpour. Other than that, the room was quiet, clean, comfortable and updated, the grounds and common areas were clean and nice, loved the popcorn every night. It was a great stay and I will return here when I'm in Knoxville again."

"The Hilton TYS airport hotel is so convenient. We use it for an overnight stay when we have an early morning flight. It is a quick walk to the terminal."

"The softest sheets!!! The staff at this hotel were SO kind! They helped us with everything we needed. My mom lost her ring in the hotel room, and Charlene, a lady who worked there, came in the room to help her find it and actually found it! We are SO VERY grateful!!! Perfectly located right off the highway and near great restaurants in walking distance. Super clean, good breakfast. I can’t say enough about this hotel. "

"We were in town for UT parents weekend. This was a nice location, only a short drive to campus. The breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly. They had orange and white cupcakes out for guests on the day of the game which was a really sweet touch! Very much makes you feel like you are in a college town. They quickly found and delivered a rollaway bed when our UT student decided to join us in the hotel at the last minute. The only thing I would change is to have housekeeping come and refresh towels each day. I'm sure this is something we could have requested, but a housekeeping visit or two during a three night stay would be welcomed."
