"I love this hotel we always stay here. It’s beautiful and well maintained. But, it cost $35 for valet parking on this visit, it was free with tipping to the guys who parked or brought your car around. We have stayed at this hotel for close to 10 years and this was the first time with the valet charge. I don’t mind a charge but that is way too expensive."

"The staff was nice! Everyone greeted us everytime they saw us. The carpets in the halls were very stained. Our first room smelled (closed up and old), the curtain wouldn’t open and had stains on them, the sink wouldn’t drain. The last issue got me to ask for a new room after being told maintenance would come and didn’t appear they had. Our second room was better however you could see the walls were painted with 2 different colored paints."

"This hotel is right next to the Knoxville airport which allows someone to walk from baggage claim to the hotel in 5 minutes. The restaurant and staff at the hotel are wonderful. The problem is the the hotel is old and tired. In our room, we were unable to charge our phone, IPad, etc. Because the outlets available for this use didn't hold our cable plugs securely so the items didn't charge. It could be a great stopover but it needs major updating."

"First person whom checked me in was awesome, then I dealt with Tracy. Incredibly rude, appeared she hates her job. I stood at counter for at least 90 seconds why she took in her “cops” video. When I told her my AC was not working, she responded as though I’m too stupid to operate the controls. Tracy definitely needs some CSR training! Beds are incredibly hard and frame squeaks anytime you move."
