"Our apartment was fabulous, very clean, big refrigerator, stove, and oven pots and pans serving utensils plates. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower was great. We could have not asked for a better room! Isrentals agents were extremely helpful. We will use them again."

"The location of the apartment is excellent. And there is private parking, which is very important in this area of Jerusalem. Right next to the city center and the train. The apartment was not that clean. We received new towels for each guest but they left dirty towels in the shower. There are no TVs in the rooms, only in the living room. Communication with the host was only through messages and not directly to a phone number. It is not so convenient when you need an immediate solution...

"The location is close to mall and jaffa gate. Closed and secured community. Everything you need for a pleasant stay. The pool is a great bonus for the hot days and walking areas of the holy land. The host was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Great we will definitely stay again"

"The staff was VERY helpful! We were disappointed that there was no breakfast, but we understood that it was because of the war and fewer guests. For at least one night, we were the only ones!
Any time there was a problem, the staff addressed it immediately.
Parking was convenient, and the maid service was excellent."

"The rooms could be a little cleaner.. There are plenty of shops and places to eat a very nearby. The train also runs on the street. The breakfast is expensive at Ibis. Usually went to a shop for coffee and pastry nearby. The hotel is on Jaffa Street very convenient to get two things. 15 minute walk to the old city."
