"We asked for a room off of the Main Street to keep the noise levels down and it was better but still a good bit of street noise. Hotel is nice and Bernie’s is excellent. Ten is supposed to be an upscale dining experience however the furniture is very very outdated and uncomfortable."

"When I booked the room there was no indication they were remodeling the hotel. The photos appear that it is updated. After we checked in, they told us the elevators were not working due to remodeling. I had elderly ladies with me that have problems using stairs and walking. If I would have known this I never would have booked this hotel. We returned from dinner and decided to park near the entrance closest to the stairs so the ladies didn’t have to walk as far. The entrance lock was broken, with a note that said due to remodeling the key card would not open the door, we had to walk even further due to this. Once to our room, the television was broken. Rooms were updated, but the bathtub was still worn and gross…. Breakfast attendant was nice, small but typical hotel breakfast. Outside of the building and things just aren’t as nice as other hotels, their remodel appears as they just put lipstick on a pig."

"Unlike Candlewood Suites, Not one thing provided for cooking or eating but maybe that’s the usual way. Room was very clean. Full size refrigerator a plus. Super comfy bed and pillows. Would stay again. Great location with fast food, coffee drive through within walking distance and fuel nearby. "

"Everything was great. The fire was relaxing and there was plenty of space to relax."

"The room was not cleaned. We found dried up food/vomit on the floor, the shower was not cleaned, and dried blood on our sheets. A shame, as the hotel was renovated nicely recently. Staff was nice. Unless they get better cleaning staff, I would not recommend this hotel. No compensation was offered."
