"I wasn’t too sure just how well maintained/clean the pool was. The pool area was actually lovey. However the water could have been a few degrees warmer and there was no noticeable smell of chlorine which on the one hand may be good but it made me wonder about the cleanliness of the water. The room was clean and updated, but since this property is near the highway it was loud. The staff seemed friendly enough until I made a request and then they got ugly. I didn’t appreciate the way I was spoken to, and I wasn’t offered any possible solutions. The coffee in the room was undrinkable."

"The room is clean and quiet. I was on the 11th floor, so the view was actually pretty good. The only downside is the internet is quiet slow, around 5 to 7 mbps. It could use a bit improvement there."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ottawa. Everything was exceptionally clean—the room was spacious and truly spotless, with every surface looking brand new. It had everything we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, an ironing board, and other thoughtful amenities. The room was very quiet, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall comfort was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the free on-site parking. The location was also very convenient—only about a 10-minute drive from downtown and Ottawa’s main attractions. The only small downside was that breakfast could get quite busy, and the selection was somewhat limited. However, this did not affect our overall experience. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the stay. We were very satisfied and would absolutely book this hotel again on our next visit to Ottawa."
