"Wasn't the best. Gym was incredibly minimal, breakfast didn't have a lot of options so I passed. They were out of soap for the rooms. My room on 2nd floor was noisy. TV was nice, easy to scan channels. I didn't check the pool. Bed was a little too hard for me. Elevator buttons were surprisingly hard to press. Location worked for me. I wouldn't stay there again. "

"The grab and go Breakfast bag was nice. The bath towels looked brand new, out of pkg flat so clearly not washed. The extra pillow and blanket in the closet were well needed. Hubby was not impressed with the hot breakfast."

"I would leave zero stars if i could. I booked 3 rooms for my friends and I. The rooms are in desperate need of an update and a deep cleaning. My room was clean enough for the one night we stayed, my friends was so disgusting it wasn’t reasonable to ask her to stay there, so she left. Its been 3 weeks now that weve been fighting with this hotel and corporate to get a refund for an unused, deplorable room. On top of that, the elevator is bound to break at any second and breakfast quite literally gave my husband and i food poisoning. I will NEVER stay in a best western again after this experience."

"The breakfast had the usual offerings. The room was clean with LV flooring. Much more sanitary than carpeting. The AC kept us cool. The hallway was quiet. They accept pets which is a big plus for us. We always stay at this hotel when coming to Lubbock."
