The breakfast is good and the breakfast room is clean. they do have two waffle maker and one of them is the shape of Texas. Fun! The room was fine with lots of TV channels and lots of thick soft towels.

Our stay was wonderful in the Lubbock location. The staff was very nice and helpful, continental breakfast was excellent, and the bed in our room was one of THE most comfortable ever. We had some of the best sleep in a long time. We would definitely stay here again!

I’ve had to stay here twice in the last month due to my mother being in the hospital. Carla Romero, the manager, was amazing! All the staff were honestly! When I found out I wouldn’t be able to go home because my mom wouldn’t be discharged, Carla helped me with a new reservation. She also moved us rooms after night one to one with lower beds so my mom could get in and out of bed. I’ve had to extend my stay 3 times this time. I couldn’t say more great things about this hotel! This will be my go-to in Lubbock from now on!
