There was everything you needed and more, like board games, coffee machine, washing up liquid, hand soap and hair dryer just to name a few. All kitchen appliances and utilities were new or nearly new and in very good condition. There is a local spar where you can get all the essentials you need just down the road. "We stayed here for a couple of nights on a short tour of the Jurassic Coast. The location is spectacular and you can almost step out onto the beach. There is a lovely bay window which you can sit in and watch the world go by listening to the sound of the waves. If only this had been a nice padded seat, I might not have wanted to leave. Parking is a bit of a problem in Lyme Regis but there was no noise from the restaurants below, which I thought might be a problem"

"Chalet/bungalow type property on a small estate of similar properties. Lovely and quiet, ample parking. No amenities onsite, although there is a hotel there and you would need to book to eat there - we asked to pop in for a drink and they said no, we're too busy and short staffed!! Odd way to treat a perspective customer! Its a short drive or walk into charmouth for pub/fish n chips, shop and chemist. "We stayed here for 3 nights, the property was spotlessly clean on arrival. Parking at the cottage was a blessing as the road outside was busy with residents cars. An ideal base to explore Dorset, and several pubs within easy walking distance. Would stay here again."

"What an amazing place to stay! Close to many activities but at the same time a lovely quiet location. Very well equipped with lots of DVD choices, board games and everything you need to maintain your stay. The beds and bedding was my highlight one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in for years!
