"Great hotel, easy walk from the station and couldn’t be better situated for shopping and restaurants. Always my go to place to stay, and I’ve stayed in many hotels in Bath in the past.Staff always super helpful both on reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast is good value, compared to going out and finding a decent breakfast in the city."

"Would visit again. The room was clean and smart, the bed was so comfy I slept really well. Loved the pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Parking was difficult as it was a busy time when I arrived. It's a popular place especially with the gym and pool so reception area was very busy. It's located on an industrial site. Only downside was the Starbucks staff aren't very friendly but the hotel staff were. Would recommend this hotel."
