Pet friendly Hotels in West Cliff, Whitby

"Such a lovely old fashioned but friendly large hotel. Brilliant views of the sea and Abbey. We chose a sea view room and it is worth it. We paid for parking in their secure car park for peace of mind. Excellent breakfast served until 10am. Nice bar and restaurant for the evenings. Lovely friendly staff. Lovely warm room with original features but recently modernised.

"Exactly what you need.. nothing too flash but very comfortable, clean and enjoyable. Tamzin is very welcoming! Good breakfast in the morning. All you can need for a stay in Whitby! The room had a very comfortable bed and was warm. Clean towels were on the bed ready on arrival. free tea and coffee tray was nice after a 3hour travel! Its a little walk in to town and docks but its expected! This B&B is worth the cost by a mile! Definately will stay here again, maybe even take the

"The postcode given was not for the property we was staying at. No reception and poor signage in property. Dirty looking out front and dark inside. Room small and very basic poor ventalition and not equipped for elderly people. Couldn't upgrade room but couldn't. No parking at all. Communication unclear by staff and owner. More like a prison cell people complaining about the hotel. One young girl was only person that was helpful and polite. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But Whitby...

"The Cleanliness of this apartment was apalling stained dirty carpets, kettle was filthy hairs and dirt just about everywhere and cobwebs and spiders just about in every corner of each room couldn’t wait to leave I’m so pleased we had only booked one night."
