"I had a wonderful stay here during movement festival this past Memorial Day weekend! My room was clean, I loved the bathtub, there were plenty of towels in my room and the staff were friendly and inviting. Would stay here again 10/10"

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I checked in but did not inspect the room or bed before going to bed. The blankets had stains, holes and looked like it was never washed. The pillows were also stained and nasty, there was blood stain on pillow as well. We only had half of a toilet paper roll in our bathroom. I called the front desk to let them know about the blanket and asked for a new one; I was told they did not have extra but could give me a sheet. We had no blankets the first night and was told we will get blanket in the morning. We did not I had to stop housekeeping and ask about new blanket (housekeeping was never informed that blanket was needed). After checkout I came home with a nasty itch and rash. DO NOT stay at this specific hotel. I have stayed at other Laquinta and they were as bad. STAY AWAY from this one"

"The Somerset was a nice hotel in a great location for access to the tourist places I wanted to visit and the suburbs where my old friends now live making visiting easy. The restaurant was closed for the weekend so I thought it very nice we were offered coffee, juice, fresh fruit and muffins in the lobby. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom large. The pillows have seen better days. I requested a feather pillow and none were available which was a problem for my sleeping and neck pain. Hallway noise also seemed high due the way room doors slammed when customers on my floor came and went."

"Zero security. People and kids can literally enter any door at any time without key verification. Pool literally had scum on top of the water. Found feces in our bed. Moved rooms only to find out the new room was occupied by other people. Didn’t comp the room which is insane. Only way to get breakfast is if you pay 30 dollars. Place is trash. Stay away at all cost"
