"Beautiful setting, excellent food, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We asked for a low level room, they told us there were steps up to the room, but actually there were five steps up to the floor then another 8 within the room and no handrail. Having said that we enjoyed our stay and would go back. Not sure how accessible the rest of the hotel is."

"Second visit, great stay. Warm welcome by staff -at reception, breakfast and the leisure area, all very professional. Loved the breakfast buffet and setting, and enjoyed the use of leisure facilities. Plenty of parking, and great location to find. You do need a car/taxi if you plan to eat outside the hotel. Room was very comfortable, and we were complimentary upgraded to one with a view. If I was being really picky the one thing that would have improved the stay is a revamp on the jacuzzi - it was much colder temp than the pool itself, and the jets were poor - perhaps just need their nozzle directions adjusted. Other half loved the sauna and steam room whilst I was swimming."

"This is definitely a family friendly hotel, it is a bit run down and needs a bit of a revamp and tlc on respect of decor etc, however the staff are all very friendly and helpful and this makes it a very welcoming hotel. It is extremely central to shops, restaurants and entertainment."

"Excellent location, quick check in and card drop check out. Bar very reasonably priced for a hotel! We booked a small room, which was ideal for our 1 night stay.. Bathroom VERY small, smaller than you'd find on a cruise. Lots of staff training going on.. But no issues"
