"Rooms were good , corridors were very shabby but in the process of refurbishment so could be overlooked.. breakfast was very good but quite expensive "

"Buyer beware. We booked a two night break at this hotel using Tesco points . 5 days b4 our car engine blew up on the motorway. This hotel would not even let us defer this break let alone refund us the cost . This happened despite hotels.coms best efforts to intercede on our behalf. Just pure profiteering . "
