"This hotel was perfect AND a great value! Close to Hyde Park and train! Great restaurants and pubs in walking distance! You can easily walk to Kensington too! The rooms are simple but perfect for the value. I also want to compliment the front desk person, Elizabeth who was so kind and helpful! She went above and beyond and made me feel as if I was staying at her home! Thank you Elizabeth! I will return because of you!"

"Centrally located, close to shopping, museums and west end theatres.. nearest tube stations Holborn or Russell Square. Rooms are small but clean with comfortable beds, hairdryer and tea & coffee. Good selection of breakfast items served. Staff very friendly."

"The staff was over the top and amazing. My flight was overnight and I missed my stay for the night but the lady at the front desk extended my checkout until the afternoon so I could at least take a night. Amazing property and in such a beautiful neighborhood as well. Would definitely come back!"

"The rooms are basic, just sleeping, no tv. Was clean. The staff was very awesome and friendly, willing to help with anything, got there early and the room wasn’t ready. They let us leave our luggage there while we explored the neighborhood until the room was ready. Once the room was ready they let us check in even thought it was before check in time. I would go back to this hotel."
