"We had an excellent experience at this hotel and we stayed for 7 nights. Hotel staff was very helpful and genuine! The breakfast was great daily. The pool and hot tub was great for the family after a day of hiking and exploring. Our room was restocked and our beds made daily. It was a nice surprise that the hotel provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. They offered coffee, herbal tea and juice at any point day/night. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will for sure return. Thank you for a great experience!!!"

"Reviews are lame but I like this place, and it’s second time staying here. The front desk ladies are always so nice and helpful, put me in a great room with the view of the mountain from my porch the past 2 times. Great property and always clean. Love this place will be back either every weekend or other 😂 most people reviews don’t matter because normal people complain about everything and anything. This place is great and the restaurant on the premise is a 10/10."

"The motel is in good shape, we could see the route 93 ramp from the windows. The city of Littleton is a minute away, lots of interesting shops. We went to St Johnsbury, VT every day to see family, less then a 20 minute drive. We stayed for four nights and were quite comfortable. The continental breakfast closes at 9 but there is a Dunkin in Littleton."

"I was a little worried about sending a picture of my license needed for check-in. Once on property procedure was explained to me about needing picture. It is not very senior citizen friendly as no railings down to bedroom downstairs. Maybe just a heads up that seniors (we are 74 and 77 Yrs old) need to be very cautious. It would also be great if there was a coffee maker similar to ones found in hotels/motels/inns along with coffee. Do try the Cold Mountain Cafe - excellent Thank you for the great stay"

"I seriously can't overstate how amazing the staff here is, I made their lives way more of a hassle than it needed to be, but they never made me feel like I was being a burden. The first night I arrived I was super late getting in, but the lady at the desk was so kind to leave my room key in the front for me just to make sure that I wouldn't have any trouble getting in, in the event there was no-one there to assist me. I thought that was so considerate. Then - on top of that, when checking out, I left some clothes in the bathroom. I called them and one of the staff, Matt, was so quick to spring into action to check for me. He looked in the room for me, was super communicative, and was a real hero in my book. Eventually ended up getting my items returned which was outstanding. Otherwise, the premise was extremely tidy, like - more tidy than hotels triple the price. So, if you're looking for comfort I wouldn't worry here. The town itself is pretty quaint. Not a whole lot of foot traffic if you're used to big cities but I don't imagine people stay here for night life! Overall solid stay -"
